Corporate Social Responsibility

For years, World Club Dome has thrilled hundreds of thousands of people with unique musical experiences, bringing together individuals from all cultures and backgrounds. We believe that music can inspire people to do good and expand their horizons. Our events and team stand for diversity, openness to all cultural roots, love, tolerance, and mutual respect. We reject all forms of prejudice without first getting to know the people we encounter. At our events, we provide opportunities for people to meet as equals and unite through their shared passion for music.

We firmly oppose sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and all forms of discrimination, with a particular emphasis on rejecting racism in any form. Such attitudes are not tolerated at our events and are categorically condemned.

It is essential to us that everyone shares and embraces the philosophy of our events. Only in this way can we bring people together sustainably and create extraordinary moments.

Awareness Team

In order to implement our values and principles on the site and create a Safe Space To create for everyone, we have the A-Team.

• The A-Team consists of two groups, who are constantly on the festival site.
• Recognizable by pink vests and caps.
• Contact person for everyone who feeling insecure, discriminated against, unwell, or ill.
• Always available for Help in any situation.If necessary, notify paramedics and security forces on site.
• There is fixed spots/tents, whose exact location will be announced before the event.

The World Club Dome Has been working for people in need for years. Since the war in Ukraine, we have supported the aid organization “Wings of Help e.V.” both with private donations and through charity campaigns, with which we have already been able to organize numerous aid deliveries. We visited refugee camps and orphanages in person.

For 2024, we created a climate balance sheet for the first time to analyze and continuously improve the sustainability of our events. Our goal is to minimize our ecological footprint through energy-saving measures, waste reduction, and increased use of reusable products.

We are aware of the current global challenges and are actively committed to contributing to climate protection. Sustainability is a core part of our philosophy, and we work to counteract climate change through concrete measures and efforts to preserve the environment.
