Tickets can be found in the personal MyTicket portal. The link for this can be found in the order confirmation email. If this email can no longer be found, the link can be found via BigCityBeats | World Club Dome 2025 - TicketPay Shop Be requested again. Simply click on the “Help” button at the top right and enter the email address that was used when ordering.

All tickets must be personalized no later than Saturday, June 1, 2025 at 23:59 (CEST). For any subsequent change up to June 5th, there is a fee of 15, - €. It is therefore best to personalize the tickets only when it is certain who will use the tickets.

Online re-personalization:

The re-personalization of a ticket can be requested via the personal MyTicket portal. To do this, the corresponding application must be completed and a photo of the ID must be uploaded. There is a fee of 15, - € per ticket. Online re-personalization is possible until June 4, 2025.

Re-personalization on site:

After the deadline for online repersonalization, tickets can only be repersonalized on site at check-in at the TicketPay ticket support container. To do so, please download the request for re-personalization, fill it out and bring along with a copy of the original ticket owner's identity card. There is a fee of 30, - € per ticket. This can only be paid in cash and by card.

For security reasons, festival tickets for the World Club Dome require personalization. The tickets must be personalized for the person who should thus have access to the WCD Moon Edition 2025. This means that every ticket ordering person must personalize the ordered tickets to the respective ticket holders.

Here's how it works:

1. Visit the personal MyTicket portal. The link for this can be found in the order confirmation email. If this email is no longer available, the link can be found here (BigCityBeats | World Club Dome 2025 - TicketPay Shop) are requested. Simply click on the “Help” button at the top right and enter the email address that was used when ordering.
2. All tickets that have been ordered can be found in the MyTicket portal.
3. In order to personalize a ticket, the relevant details of the ticket holders must be provided.

After personalization is complete, tickets are created and made available for download.

Note:

All tickets must be personalized no later than Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 23:59 (CEST). After the deadline, new ticket buyers have 14 days to personalize the tickets.
