How to delete your data from the World Club Dome app
Follow these steps to delete your World Club Dome account and all associated data:
- In-App Deletion: Open the World Club Dome app, navigate to your profile, Select ‘Delete my account’ to remove your account and all related data from our systems.
- Email Request: If you prefer, email our support team at ask@bigcitybeats.de to request account and data deletion. Please include your first name, last name, and the sign-in method you used. If you’re unsure of your sign-in method, this information is available in the ‘Settings’ section of the World Club Dome App. Should you need any assistance or have questions, our support team is ready to help.
