The purchase of the event ticket entitles and obliges the acquirer and the visitor in accordance with the following terms and conditions. These only apply to the legal relationship between the purchaser of the ticket and World Club Dome GmbH (organizer). If the ticket is passed on, the seller is liable for knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions through the purchase. These terms and conditions also apply only to events organized by World Club Dome GmbH as an organizer

1 Admission for young people
(a) Young people under 16 years of age are not allowed to attend the event. Access to the event is only permitted with a valid event ticket and a valid identity card. The Act on the Protection of Youth in Public applies.
(b) Special regulations may apply to evening events and individual ticket categories. The visitor must find out more about this before purchasing the event ticket.
(c) There may be individual age restrictions for certain events. These can be found in the respective event description. The guest must inform himself about the respective age restrictions before making a purchase.
(d) Should a power of attorney from the legal guardian be signed for an event, the guest accepts that the authorization will be handed over to local security staff and that the authorization will be archived as part of the event. In addition, the privacy conditions are accepted
2 Liability limitations
(a) In any case, the organizer is fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, in the event of fraudulent concealment of defects, as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health.
(b) In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations), which are based only on simple negligence, the organizer is liable limited to compensation for foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
(c) apart from the cases mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b), the organizer is not liable for damage caused by simple negligence
(d) Insofar as the liability of the organizer is excluded or limited in accordance with the above paragraphs, this also applies to the liability of its vicarious agents and agents.
3 Resale of event tickets
The purchase of event tickets is expressly only allowed for private purposes. Commercial resale for higher trips than those shown on the event ticket is expressly prohibited.
4 House rules/rules of use
By purchasing the event ticket, the acquirer acknowledges the house and use regulations of the individual event venues. In addition, the following rules of use for events are accepted:
(1) General rules of use
(a) The bringing of pets, glass containers, bottles, pyrotechnic objects, torches, megaphones, laser pointers, and weapons (or objects that can be used as weapons) is prohibited. The maximum bag size is A4. In exceptional cases, larger bags are also allowed when bringing towels and clothing. It is also prohibited to bring power banks, which are larger than smartphones, and selfie sticks with metallic components. Selfie sticks, which consist exclusively of plastic or similar non-metallic material, are allowed. Security checks (including body searches) are carried out at the entrance by law enforcement personnel. Their instructions must be followed. Bringing drinks and food is prohibited.
(b) In the event of infringement, the items may be withheld until the end of the event against receipt. Custody is at the visitor's risk.
(c) The distribution of advertising and publications without express written permission is prohibited. The sale of goods without written permission from the organizer is also not permitted.
(d) The instructions of law enforcement personnel in exercising house rights must be followed.
(e) Designated wheelchair parking spaces are available for wheelchair users for fire safety or other safety reasons. Wheelchair users are only allowed in when accompanied by their supervisor and must follow the instructions of the staff when choosing their parking space. For safety reasons, wheelchair users are therefore not permitted to stay in the infield, front stage, VIP and lodge areas, as there are no suitable seats there.
(f) For security reasons, access to certain event areas may be restricted. There is no general right of access. The organizer does not grant reentry when leaving the restricted areas.
(g) Persons who depend on an accompanying person but not a wheelchair are at their own risk when purchasing tickets other than the wheelchair area. In this case, a corresponding ticket must also be purchased for the accompanying person.
(h) For security reasons, access to certain event areas may be restricted. There is no general right of access. The organizer does not grant reentry when leaving the restricted areas.
(i) Appropriate clothing and footwear are recommended for outdoor events.
(2) special rules of use for the use of campsites
(a) The use of campsites is only allowed with an event ticket.
(b) Separate usage fees may be charged for campsites.
(c) There are separate rules of use for campsites, which are considered accepted upon use.
(d) Camping is only permitted on designated campsites and during official opening hours.
(e) Whether tents are provided depends on the individual event. The visitor must obtain information about this in advance. Standard camping furniture can be taken and used. It is not allowed to bring and use home furnishings.
(f) The use of gasoline generators is not permitted.
(g) The use of gas and open fires is not permitted. The campsite must be kept clean and the appropriate waste disposal facilities must be used.
(h) In addition, the organizer reserves the right to issue additional usage rules for individual events. Visitors must obtain information about this at an early stage.
(3) special rules for the use of parking spaces
(a) Visitors travel to the event independently and at their own risk. Parking is only allowed in designated parking spaces. There may be separate usage regulations for parking spaces. When using a parking space, these are considered accepted.
(b) Access to the parking spaces is only allowed with a valid event ticket and only for vehicles up to a maximum permitted total weight of up to 3.5 t.
(c) Separate usage fees may be charged for parking vehicles. The use of a parking space does not constitute safekeeping or guarding.
(d) The vehicles must be parked in such a way as to ensure entry and departure and boarding and disembarking at all times. Rescue and traffic routes must be kept clear. If not followed, the vehicle may be moved or removed at the owner's expense. The road traffic regulations apply throughout the car park. The instructions of traffic management personnel must be followed. The driver is solely responsible for driving into the parking lot. The driver must drive with the usual care.
(e) Sleeping outside vehicles is not permitted. Camping, camping and storage in the parking lots is not allowed. Open fires and gas generators are not allowed. The parking lot must be kept clean and the appropriate waste disposal facilities must be used
(f) Caravans and motorhomes are not allowed in the parking lots or on the campsite.
(4) special rules when using the underground car park
(a) Access to the underground car park is only allowed with a valid event ticket and a separate parking pass. The organizer assumes no custody or special duties of care for the items brought in by the visitor. The visitor is required to take the care required in traffic, in particular to strictly comply with the signs and instructions used to regulate traffic and parking as well as safety regulations. Instructions from the operator and the security service must always be provided immediately.
(b) The organizer is entitled to remove the vehicle from the underground car park in the event of an urgent risk. In addition, he may have it transferred at the visitor's expense if he has turned this off in an obstructing or contrary to traffic.
(c) The underground car park may only be used to park passenger cars (maximum height 2.00 m). The respective vehicle must be parked in one of the marked parking spaces in such a way that unhindered entry and exit is possible at any time, even on neighboring parking spaces, and that no other underground car park visitors are impeded.
(d) The Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Garages and Parking Spaces (Garage Ordinance — Gavo) of November 17, 2014 applies.
(e) A speed of 10 km/h must not be exceeded in the underground car park. Traffic signs and markings in the complex must be observed. In addition, the provisions of the Highway Code/(StVO) apply in their current version
(f) Cars with trailers or individual trailers are not permitted. Gas-powered vehicles are not permitted.

This also applies to the entire event area as well as all parking areas and areas in the immediate vicinity of the event site. Special use can be requested from bigcitybeats GmbH.
(5) Liability of the operator
(a) the organizer is only liable for damage that was demonstrably caused by him, his employees or agents with intent or gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply to the area typical of the service, but liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Liability for indirect and subsequent damage is excluded. The visitor is obliged to report damage in writing immediately, within 3 working days. Obvious damage must be reported before leaving the underground car park.
(b) The organizer is not liable for damage caused solely by other visitors or other third parties. Claims for damages due to force majeure are excluded. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by the loss of the vehicle due to theft or for damage caused by vehicle burglaries, vandalism and theft of objects on or from the interior of the motor vehicle.
(c) Disruptions in the technical equipment of the underground car park or its incorrect operation by the visitor do not give rise to any claims for compensation on the part of the visitor.
5 Refusal of admission and expulsion of event for good cause
(a) The visitor's liability is liable for all damage culpably caused by himself, his employees, his agents or his accompanying persons to the organizer or third parties. He is obliged to report such damage to the organizer unsolicited before leaving the underground car park, parking spaces, campground and event area. Among other things, is the visitor liable for contamination of the above-mentioned areas.
(b) The organizer reserves the right to deny admission for good cause. Important reasons include, in particular, an obviously heavily intoxicated state of the visitor, an aggressive appearance, obvious influence of drugs or the disregard of the current hygiene regulations in connection with Covid. The organizer also reserves the right to supplement the local hygiene regulations with its own admission conditions. If the visitor is at fault for the reasons mentioned above, the claim for a refund of the purchase price does not apply.
(c) The visitor must always carry their event ticket on the event site and present it upon request. Visitors who are unable to present an event ticket may be expelled from the event site. It is not possible to re-enter.
(d) When leaving the site, the event ticket loses its validity for that day. It is not possible for the visitor to re-enter.
(e) Visitors with an invalid ticket or admission authorization will not be admitted or will be sent off. The organizer reserves the right to take legal action.
6 Implementation, rescheduling or cancellation of the event/ Withdrawal and refund of the event ticket
(a) Event tickets will only be withdrawn if the event is cancelled. Only the ticket price will be refunded, not the pre-sales, shipping and other fees. Travel expenses are not refundable. Visitors must therefore find out in good time whether the event is taking place. According to Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGBl, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets for concerts and festivals.
(b) In the event of a cancellation, the organizer will only take back event tickets that were purchased through the organizer's ticket shop or official ticket offices.
(c) In the event of cancellation, termination or changes in the organization of the event due to events that are demonstrably beyond the control of the organizer, such as force majeure (in particular acts of terror, assassination, assassination threats, war, civil war or war-like events, strikes, lockouts, labor revolt and/or internal unrest, storms, floods, pandemics/epidemics) and/or in the event of an authority cancellation due to the above or other events, are the parties of their respective exempted from contractual obligations. The ticket holder's claim for a refund is subject to legal regulations. Each party bears its own costs. Any claims for damages or expenses are excluded. This also applies if the festival is cancelled due to an official order due to Covid and if, after weighing up all the circumstances, the organiser comes to the conclusion that the festival must be cancelled. The reasons for this include, in particular, the risk to life and limb of participants in the festival or festival visitors, entry restrictions on participants in the festival or festival visitors, or due to contract cancellations by third parties, such as subcontractors, for whom the organizer cannot provide a replacement.
(d) The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event locally and/or by date. The event tickets remain valid.
(e) In the event of program changes, the removal of individual concerts from the program, including so-called headliners, the visitor has no claims against the organizer as long as changes remain within a certain framework and the entire character of the festival is maintained.
(f) Delays and postponements of individual program items must be accepted by the visitor.
(g) The event takes place in all weathers. However, this can result in significant restrictions. However, if weather conditions mean that there is a risk to the life, body or health of visitors, artists or staff, the concert/festival/event will be cancelled. Whether and to what extent the ticket price is refunded depends on the time of the concert cancellation and the services provided up to this point in time. The above regulation applies mutatis mutandis if the concert has to be cancelled for other reasons (e.g. official order, technical reasons).
7 Copyright, sound and image recordings
(a) The performances of the event are subject to copyright. It is not permitted to bring sound recording equipment, photo, film, video and professional digital cameras. Sound and video recordings, including for private use, are prohibited.
(b) By entering the site, the visitor irrevocably agrees that he/she will be recorded as a visitor to the event without compensation and that the recordings will be broadcast live and publicly and that excerpts from them will be published on the platforms of the organizer and their partners.
8 applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively
(1) important information for visitors to events
(a) Hearing protection at music events due to the volume poses a risk of possible hearing and health shoes. The use of earplugs near the stage is highly recommended. Earplugs are available at the merchandise stand. According to prevailing medical opinion, volumes with an average level of 85 dc, based on 40 hours per week, can lead to hearing damage. Significantly higher levels can occur in the immediate vicinity of the music system. Staying in this area is only recommended with hearing protection.
(b) It is recommended to use public transport to get there.
(c) Pay attention to items you have brought along. The organizer assumes no liability for lost items.
(d) To ensure that the event ticket is an original ticket, it is strongly recommended that you only purchase tickets from well-known ticket offices or in the official online ticket shop.
(2) Camping information (if camping is offered)
(a) Do's
Tents and tent material, small pavilions (maximum 3x3 m) tent accessories such as camping chairs, disposable barbecues, gas stoves with gas cartridges (max. 450 g) drinks, barrels (up to 5 liters), beverage cans, plastic bottles, tetra packs are allowed.
(b) Don't's
Home furnishings such as sofas, armchairs, building materials, bulky waste, power generators or aggregates, external car batteries, large music systems, dry ice, liquid grill lighters, refrigerators, laser pointers and megaphones are not allowed. Disproportionate structures such as party tents are also not permitted
(c) All ambulances must always be kept free! Animals are generally not allowed to be brought along. This is primarily to protect animals — please understand!
(d) Beverages in glass bottles and glass containers are strictly prohibited due to the risk of injury.
(e) At the access controls, your luggage will be searched for gas bottles and prohibited items.
(f) Open fire is strictly prohibited in both places! The exceptions are barbecues. Small (disposable) gas cartridges up to 450g are allowed for the camping grill. However, we reserve the right to revoke this permission if we identify misuse of the cartridges and thus a risk to the life and limb of others.
(g) Groups: If you want to camp together at the campsite, you must also travel together and set up the tents together. Please understand that security is not responsible for bringing friendly groups together on the campground.
