All tickets must be personalized no later than Saturday, June 1, 2025 at 23:59 (CEST). For any subsequent change up to June 5th, there is a fee of 15, - €. It is therefore best to personalize the tickets only when it is certain who will use the tickets.

The re-personalization of a ticket can be requested via the personal MyTicket portal. To do this, the corresponding application must be completed and a photo of the ID must be uploaded. There is a fee of 15, - € per ticket. Online re-personalization is possible until June 4, 2025.

After the deadline for online repersonalization, tickets can only be repersonalized on site at check-in at the TicketPay ticket support container. To do so, please download the request for re-personalization, fill it out and bring along with a copy of the original ticket owner's identity card. There is a fee of 30, - € per ticket. This can only be paid in cash and by card.

For security reasons, festival tickets for the World Club Dome require personalization. The tickets must be personalized for the person who should thus have access to the Wcd Moon Edition 2025. This means that every ticket ordering person must personalize the ordered tickets to the respective ticket holders.

Here's how it works:

Lockers in two sizes are available on the festival site and on the campsite to safely store valuables.

• Size S: 18cm x 12cm x 35cm; suitable for 1-2 summer jackets or a small backpack.
• Size L: 18cm x 40cm x 35cm; offers space for 3-5 summer jackets or a medium backpack.

The lockers are all equipped with a power connection.

A deposit of €10.00 is charged locally via the cashless chip.

The lockers can be booked via the ticket shop (while supplies last) or, depending on availability, can be booked on site.

Lost items can be dropped off/picked up at the merchandise stand or at the information stand during the event days.

All guests who drop off or miss lost property after the end of the festival can contact ask@bigcitybeats.de turn around.

Yes, smoking is allowed. Both on the green areas around the stadium and in the infield. Please ensure that the cigarette butts are disposed of in the trash cans on the premises. So far, our visitors have noticed this very neat and clean.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. The use of cannabis is strictly prohibited in Deutsche Bank Park both inside and outside the investment.

Deutsche Bank Park is considered a sports facility, and according to legal regulations, the use of cannabis at sports venues is not allowed!

• Das Campen und der Zugang zum Großstadtcamping wie auch zum World Club Dome Village ist nur mit einem separaten Ticket möglich. Jede Person benötigt ein eigenes Ticket. Ohne Ticket kann kein Einlass gewährt werden.

• Auf Großstadtcamping Platz ist die Anreise ab Donnerstag, 2. Juni 12:00 Uhr möglich. Die Zelte im World Club Dome Village können ab Freitag, 3. Juni 12:00 Uhr bezogen werden. Beide Plätze schließen am Montag, 6 Juni 12:00 Uhr.

• Bitte beachtet, dass nur in diesen Zeiten eine Anreise und die entsprechende Platzvergabe erfolgen kann!
• Bitte beachtet, dass auf beiden Plätzen keine Fahrzeuge zugelassen sind. Um Euch eine einfache Anreise zu ermöglichen, gibt es direkt neben den Plätzen kurzzeitige Parkmöglichkeit zum Entladen. Bitte beachtet, dass wir aufgrund der stark limitierten Parkplätze ein Pfand von 50,- EUR pro Fahrzeug erheben müssen, den ihr nach Verlassen des Parkplatzes innerhalb von 30 Minuten an der Ausfahrt zurück erhaltet. Fahrzeuge, die länger als 45 Minuten in der Ladezone geparkt werden, werden kostenpflichtig abgeschleppt.
• Einen Parkplatz für die gesamte Festivalzeit findet ihr in der Nähe der beiden Plätze. Hier kann über den gesamten Festival Zeitraum gegen eine Gebühr von 10€ pro Fahrzeug geparkt werden.
• Beim Großstadt Camping wird ein Müllpfand in Höhe von 5,00 EUR pro Person erhoben. Diesen gibt es bei sauberem Verlassen des Platzes mit Abgabe des Müllsackes zurück.
• Die Pfandrückgabe kann am Sonntag zwischen 10:00 und 22:00 Uhr oder am Montag zwischen 10:00 und 12:00 Uhr erfolgen. Beim World Club Dome Village muss kein Müllpfand hinterlegt werden.
• Die AGBs des Veranstalters werden beim Betreten des Geländes akzeptiert.

• Erlaubt sind Zelte und Zeltmaterial, kleine Pavillons (höchstens 3x3m) Zeltzubehör wie Campingstühle, Einweggrills, Gaskocher mit Gaskartuschen (max. bis 450g) Getränkefässer (bis 5 Liter), Getränkedosen, Plastikflaschen, Tetrapaks.
  
  
  
• Bitte beachtet, dass Eure Zelte im World Club Dome Village bereits stehen. Ihr braucht also keine Zelte, Pavillons oder Ähnliches mitbringen. Aufgrund der Rettungsweg Situation könnt Ihr diese auch nicht im World Club Dome Village aufstellen.

• Dont`s
• Nicht erlaubt sind Wohnungseinrichtungen wie Sofas, Sessel, Baumaterial, Sperrmüll, Stromgeneratoren oder Aggregate, externe Autobatterien, große Musikanlagen Trockeneis, flüssige Grillanzünder, Kühlschränke, Laserpointer und Megaphone. Unverhältnismäßige Aufbauten wie Partyzelte sind ebenfalls nicht gestattet. 
• Alle Rettungswege sind stets frei zu halten!!!
• Tiere dürfen grundsätzlich nicht mitgenommen werden. Dies dient in erster Linie zum Schutz der Tiere - bitte habt dafür Verständnis!
• Getränke in Glasflaschen und Glasbehältern sind aufgrund der Verletzungsgefahr strengstens verboten. Bitte bringt eure Getränke in Tetrapaks, PET, Dosen, Fässern (bis 5 Liter) mit. 
•  An den Zugangskontrollen wird euer Gepäck auf Glasflaschen und verbotene Gegenstände durchsucht.
• FEUER
• Offenes Feuer ist auf beiden Geländen strengstens verboten!!! Ausnahmen sind die Grills. Für den Campinggrill sind kleine (Einweg-) Gaskartuschen bis 450g erlaubt.
• Allerdings behalten wir uns das Recht vor, diese Erlaubnis zu widerrufen, wenn wir Missbrauch der Kartuschen und damit eine Gefährdung für Leib und Leben anderer konstatieren. 
• GRUPPEN
• Wer auf dem Großstadt Camping Platz gemeinschaftlich campen will, muss auch gemeinsam anreisen und die Zelte zusammen aufbauen. Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass die Security nicht dafür zuständig ist, befreundete Gruppen auf dem Zeltplatz zusammenzuführen.
• Beim World Club Dome Village gilt dies aufgrund der individuellen Buchung nicht.

• WOHNWAGEN / -MOBILE
• Es sind auf beiden Plätzen generell keine Fahrzeuge und damit auch keine Wohnwägen oder Wohnmobile zugelassen.

There are permanently installed showers at the winter sports hall that can be used. Toilets are available on the camping site. There are also barrier-free toilets on the camping site.

It is not possible to have electricity at the tent, but there is a central power station to charge electronic devices. The sanitary facilities also have a power supply. A safe and good alternative would also be to add a camping locker, as the compartments have a power outlet.

There are lockers that you can rent by buying a Camping Locker ticket.

Important: Make sure that you buy a Camping Locker for 5 days. The other Locker tickets are valid for lockers on the World Club Dome Festival grounds for day visitors.

When buying the camping ticket, a garbage deposit of 5€ per person is charged. A trash deposit box including a trash bag will be handed out when you enter the campsite. This deposit is returned in cash when you leave the square clean with the garbage bag and the trash deposit tag. The deposit can be returned on Sunday between 10:00 and 22:00 or on Monday between 8:00 and 12:00. The trash deposit is played back onto your chip.

We have a kiosk at the campground.

Here you can buy the most necessary things, including drinks and food.

Visitors must be at least 18 years of age at the time of camping. It is not possible for an elderly accompanying person to stay at the campsite.

To camp on our site, you need:

• One camping ticket per person
• Your 3-day festival ticket for the World Club Dome
• ID card or passport
• Your locker ticket (recommendation)
• A tent (please make sure not to pack too large tents, but to have one sleeping place in the tent per person)
• A sleeping pad as a base
• A sleeping bag
• Your favorite pillow
• drinks
• meal
• Flip-flops/ adilettes
• Hygiene products: sunscreen, wipes, tissues, disinfectant, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
• Money for parking or a forest parking lot - 5 day parking ticket printed out in the car.

Attention: For unloading cars and short-term parking at the campsite (max. 30 minutes), you must make a cash deposit of 50€. You will get this back as long as the time of 30 minutes is not exceeded.

• Cash for shopping at the campsite

A parking ticket is required to park in the forest car park. This can be purchased in advance in your MyTicketportal as an additional item and is valid for the entire camping period from Thursday to Monday. The ticket must be presented to the parking lot folders on site and will be scanned there. The forest car park opens exclusively for Waldparkplatz ticket holders from 12:00 on Thursday.

Friday from 10:00 a.m. — 9:00 p.m.

Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (check-in is possible via ticket office E5)

Yes, there is an area for visitors with disabilities. Since access for people with the handicap mark "B" for the infield, front stage, VIP and box areas, as well as the POOL SESSIONS and the campsite is not permitted for escape and rescue reasons, there is a handicap area in the stadium on the opposite grandstand.

There are designated seats for people with exceptional walking difficulties in the stadium stands.You can get to these via the wheelchair ramp near the Club Music Circle. From the Gleisdreieck entrance (E5/Camping).

The seats for guests with exceptional walking difficulties and their companions are located on the opposite grandstand of the stadium.

The handicap ticket gives you access to all areas of the Club Ticket category. We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of independent evacuation, guests with exceptional walking difficulties are not allowed into the infield.We also have the Handicap access category (Club Ticket) for guests with visual impairments or hearing impairments.

For

VIP tickets, tickets must be purchased with the corresponding category. Deluxe (front stage) in front of the main stage is not possible as this is located in the infield. All other stages do not require a front stage ticket for the first row.

If you have a severely disabled person's pass of category B, entry is free for one accompanying person. The ticket for the accompanying person is shown as a CLUB TICKET.

The handicap ticket allows people with a level “B” disability to bring a companion with them free of charge. This means you get two tickets for the price of one.

Yes, there is a one-time activation fee of €2 when you purchase your cashless chip. This fee is calculated directly when you top up your chip and is used to enable you to use the cashless system.

If you lose your cashless chip, contact our Get-TroubleShoot or the information desk on site immediately. There, your chip will be blocked immediately and you will receive a new one. Please have your ID ready to make the process quick and easy.

From 09.06.2025 to 31.07.2025, you can conveniently request the payment of your remaining balance in the Get event portal. You can find the corresponding link [here]. Please note that the withdrawal process can take up to 4 weeks due to the large number of registrations. For a payout, there must be a minimum amount of €2 on your chip.

On-site charging:

If you prefer to top up your balance locally, there are several options available: At our cash registers, you can pay with an EC card, credit card or cash. In addition, you will find practical self-service machines on the premises where you can top up your credit yourself at any time.

Since 2021, our event has been completely converted to a cashless system. Payment is made via a pre-charged RFID chip, which serves as a bracelet. This bracelet is used for all payment transactions for drinks and food.

You can easily check your current account balance at Get's self-service machines or ask at our cash registers. Alternatively, the Get-TroubleShoot team will be happy to help you.
