All tickets must be personalized by the start of the event at the latest.

All WORLD CLUB DOME tickets must be personalized. Personalization can be completed directly after purchase.

If a name was entered incorrectly or a ticket needs to be transferred to another person due to illness or other reasons, the ticket can be re-personalized for a fee.

The name change is processed via “My Order” as follows:

1. Open your original confirmation email and click “Manage Order”.
2. You will be redirected to your “My Order” environment.
3. Click on “More Actions”.
4. If name changes are available for your ticket, the option “Change Name” will appear.
5. Select “Name Change”.
6. Enter the email address of the new ticket holder.
7. Complete the required payment if applicable.
8. Once completed, the ticket will be transferred to the new ticket holder.
9. Confirm the process within “My Order”.
   
   

Please note:

• The updated order will still remain under the original main buyer’s account.
• Any name change fee must also be paid by the original purchaser.
• Entry is not possible without completed personalization.
• The name on the ticket must match the ID/passport exactly.

If you did not receive a personalization link, this usually means that the name on the ticket is not relevant for the event. In this case, only the valid ticket barcode is required for entry.

All tickets require personalization – every person attending the festival must be registered by name on their ticket.

Here's how:

1. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the ticket portal.
2. Click on "Personalize". Here we will ask for details such as your first name, last name, date of birth, postcode, and address.
3. Select a ticket and click "Claim ticket for myself".
4. Your data may be pre-filled – please check it and adjust if necessary.
5. After confirmation, you will receive your personalized ticket for download.

For friends:

1. Enter their email address in the portal.
2. Your friends will receive an email and can claim the ticket themselves.
3. After personalization, they will receive their ticket directly by email.
4. Unclaimed tickets will automatically revert to you.

Deutsche Bank Park is optimally connected to the public transport network.

Your personalized ticket allows you to travel for free throughout the entire RMV area – including:

• S-Bahn

• Regional train

• Tram

• Bus

Stops around the stadium will have increased service on event days. Please note any special timetables.

We strongly recommend arriving by bike.

Bicycle parking facilities are available around Deutsche Bank Park. Please only use designated areas and secure your bicycle accordingly. An overview of bike parking spaces at E1 and E5 will follow at a later date.

Arrival by e-scooter is possible.

• Do not block emergency routes, access roads, or sidewalks

• Comply with the regulations of the respective providers

Improperly parked vehicles may be removed at the owner's expense.

House Rules & Security

The organizer and the deployed security and order personnel are authorized to deny individuals access to the campsite or to remove them from the premises if this is necessary for safety, order, or the protection of other guests.

Instructions from the organizer, campsite staff, and security service must be followed at all times. Revocation of camping authorization or removal from the site may also lead to exclusion from the event.

Camping Type & Use

The WORLD CLUB DOME campsite is exclusively a tent campsite. Camping is permitted only with tents.

Vehicle access is not possible. Cars, motorhomes, caravans, campers, trailers, or similar vehicles are not permitted on the campsite.

The use of all paths, areas, sanitary facilities, and amenities is at your own risk.

Order, Consideration & Volume

Please show consideration for other guests, residents, and the surrounding area.

Generators, power units, or similar power generators are prohibited throughout the entire campsite.

Music may only be played at a reasonable volume. Excessive noise disturbances or disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the site.

Reserving camping areas or extensively holding spaces for late arrivals is not permitted.

Prohibited Items, Entry & Checks

For the safety of all guests, certain items are prohibited on the campsite and event grounds.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Weapons of all kinds (including in a technical sense)
• CS gas, pepper spray, or similar defensive sprays
• Laser pointers
• Drones
• Torches, fireworks, pyrotechnics, sparklers, sky lanterns, or similar items
• Vuvuzelas, megaphones, or similar noise-making devices
• Selfie sticks with metallic components
• Power banks larger than standard smartphones
• Dangerous items, unless they are clearly for common everyday use
• Professional photo, film, video, or other recording equipment without prior written permission from the organizer

Glass containers are generally prohibited. Exceptions are perfume bottles in the camping area.

Personal food items may be brought into the camping area.

Cool bags and hard packaging are permitted in the camping area. Other heavy, bulky, or dangerous containers may be prohibited.

Pets or animals of any kind are not permitted in the camping area.

Also not permitted are clothing, symbols, or other representations with extremist, anti-constitutional, discriminatory, or dehumanizing messages, especially shirts or merchandise with such backgrounds.

The organizer reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items, refuse their entry, or exclude individuals from the camping area or event for violations.

Fire Protection & Hazard Prevention

Open fires, campfires, fire pits, barbecuing, and the burning or incineration of items of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout the entire camping area.

Pyrotechnics, fireworks, or similar items will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

Hazardous situations, damages, medical emergencies, or fire developments must be reported immediately to security personnel or the organizer.

Emergency and access routes must be kept completely clear at all times.

Cleanliness & Environment

Every person is obliged to keep their camping area clean.

Waste must be disposed of in the designated collection points and waste containers. Leaving, dumping, or distributing waste on the premises is prohibited.

Free drinking water is available at the designated sanitary and water stations. Please use water and resources responsibly.

Liability

The organizer accepts no liability for damages, soiling, theft, losses, or damage to guests' property.

Respect & Togetherness

WORLD CLUB DOME stands for diversity, respect, and peaceful coexistence.

Discrimination, extremism, hateful behavior, violence, dehumanizing statements, or anti-LGBTQIA+ behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate exclusion from the campsite and event.

Your personalized festival ticket includes an RMV-CombiTicket for public transport. This entitles you to free travel throughout the entire RMV area by bus, tram, and train.

• S-Bahn: From Frankfurt Central Station (Hbf), take the S8 or S9 to the "Stadion" (Stadium) stop (approx. 6 minutes travel time). After that, it's about a 10–15 minute walk to the venue.

At WORLD CLUB DOME, you pay cashless – the easiest way is via a chip securely integrated into your festival wristband. This chip allows you to pay both on the festival grounds and at the campsite.

Attendance at WORLD CLUB DOME is permitted for individuals aged 16 and over – even without a parental consent form (Erziehungsbeauftragung) or in the company of a legal guardian. Individuals under 16 years of age will be denied entry, even if accompanied by their parents!

Exceptions:

• The VIP area and after-show parties are accessible to individuals aged 18 and over.
• For guests under 18 years of age, restrictions apply regarding available products (e.g., when purchasing alcoholic beverages).

If you are unsure about an item, it's best not to bring it onto the premises. If security staff at the entrance confiscate an item, we cannot guarantee its return.

Prohibited items on the premises:

• all types of drugs
• Perfume, deodorant sprays, hairspray
• large power banks (larger than a smartphone)
• any weapons: unauthorized weapons and their carriers will be immediately reported to the police.
